I go to Letty’s zumba zoom class on Tuesdays and Fridays. On my time zone EST her classes start at 0900am

Sounds like I missed a good class today. I went to gym to do a body pump class and I was able to get right back to my heavy weights. Im sure taking Letty's classes and utube videos helped!
