A late evening entry and have to type left handed, right is with a cold pack.

Sparring tonight and jammed my thumb. This will impact my deadlift tomorrow. I am hoping I’ll be able to grip the bar solidly.

I have been so tired this week, really dragging but I have made it to the gym everyday and made it through my workout.

Man this cold pack is really cold.

Thanks LM. I did go to the gym and I was able to deadlift. Almost back over 200lbs. I was surprised I could grip the bar. I could not do any pull ups though. Worked out in the yard all day today with Mrs Manatee and fine turned the irrigation. Trying to reconnect the drip system really did a number on the thumbs. But they are improving. Guess I’ll finally learn to keep my thumbs in when sparring. Hope the rest of your weekend is glorious!! Take the kiddos for a swim!! Go make good memories
