A late evening entry and have to type left handed, right is with a cold pack.
Sparring tonight and jammed my thumb. This will impact my deadlift tomorrow. I am hoping I’ll be able to grip the bar solidly.
I have been so tired this week, really dragging but I have made it to the gym everyday and made it through my workout.
Man this cold pack is really cold.
