教練早安😆的確身體好像比較習慣了,我需要拉長衝刺的時間(目前是衝刺20秒、慢踩20秒)來提高心率嗎

我也是新手😅 應該是依據年齡及妳自身狀況調整,我最近的狀況跟妳有點像,心率也上不來,也有在網路上找一些強度不同的影片調整。 不過推測看「天天開心」的妳,心率超過140算是「高強度」「高強度」「高強度」的了(說三遍!!),請自行斟酌^^''
