Hate it when I eat something I use to love or have often and suddenly realize how bad my body takes it, worse when you are still hungry afterwards. But keep going! We are very close in numbers, let's race 😉

Hahaha, I can't run for the life of me so it might be more like a stroll through the garden than a race!

Hannah@E you think about it the wrong way, eating what you crave or like in moderation will not harm your progress, but will rather prolong your ability to stick to your program and adjusting or re-evaluate your goals every 2 weeks will help you to achieve your Main Aim or the Bigger Picture in the end. Good Luck, take it slow, 1 step at a time, and stop with your guiltiness when I eat the occasional craving, though just try to walk a few more steps the next day or so, in the end you'll still get there.

I totally feel you, I had pizza for supper and pap for lunch, on Thursday, I couldn't sleep because I was anxious about how much it would set me back. So the following morning I just did double my normal walking distance. My legs feel numb right now but I must say I needed that pizza because I was on the verge of giving up o weightloss.

@Hannah Eat what you like while respecting your calories. Not all the time once in a while. Example: you want a slice of pizza, you eat few calories during the day to be able to fit the slice of pizza into your daily calorie count. I also went through it. I also wasted nights feeling guilty, making myself sick. difficult to live a whole life completely depriving of what we like to eat. Just be responsible, so as not to fall back into bad habits.

Dont worry. Its not a problem an average pizza is 2000-2500 cals. It means most likely its above your maintenance, but the body cam only absorb so much calories in a single sitting, thus about 40% of the exstra weight is fat, and the rest should be water weight which can be lost in a few days
