Walking out of the gym is usually not a problem. It's a day or two later getting on and off the toilet becomes an issue 😂

Nice! Yesterday I used an 8 lb. free weight to do back and chest...Today I can confirm I've no issues getting on and off any seats. ✅

I'm more interested in how long this took... 2 hours + ? I hate leg day so much!

In and out of the gym probably 1 1/2 he. That includes changing in the locker room and all that. Those last 2 long sets were drop sets.
