:( this was my weight yesterday - put on all the weight i had lost! So yesterday I started a 1 week detox to kick off my weightloss again. All I have been eating is fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs, chicken, fish, brown rice and rye crispbreads. Going well so far so see if I lose any weight this next week.
