I know Crystal. My daughter helped me set it lots of walnuts and the toll house dark chocolate chips, and the pieces of Hershey chocolate. It was so good I tried to resist but had to make room for my calorie budget. I sacrificed my dinner lol

I second CrystalJo. A lot of you guys have kids (even young kids!) and you manage to show up, get everything done and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I cannot imagine how hard it must be. It is extremely inspiring to see you all work hard to achieve your goals. Keep at it! 💪💪💪

I identified immediately with the squirrel. I learned decades ago - that some foods are not good for kids ... they may be good for Mom but not good for kids!
