I'm maintaining. I waited 11 days to weigh in because it was difficult to accept that I had taken on the idea of being a certain weight and not losing more. For the past week I have stayed at 140.6 and I think that is a healthy weight to be. Even though I have more to do for the challenge I'm in, I simply cannot push myself anymore physically than I am. I am hungry to maintain a healthy weight, not pushing myself to be a smaller size and see what happens a year from now. I'm a size 8, I get compliments all the time, and I feel great. I should stick with that!
