Good morning FS! Another weigh-in with GREAT results! Down another 0.8 lbs. I'm not even sure how that happened, since the week before I had such an enormous loss. I expected a slight gain this week... I'll take it!
C25K training has slowed a little due to a chest cold that will NOT go away! I'm trying to push through it, and break this yukky crap out. I managed to run twice last week; the first time a 10/3 + 5 (jog/walk) and the second time a 15/3 + 5. Yesterday I pushed through a full 21 minute jog.... no slashes! You read that right - a whole 21 minutes of jogging! I was going so slow, it was about 1.5 miles in distance. BUT - 21 minutes! That is probably a lifetime record for me.
THEN!!!! My loveable husband says to me, "You have lines in your body that are just sexy." REALLY? My husband loves me unconditionally, but to know that he thinks I'm sexy.. PRICELESS.
