The beauty of looking at this journey as a lifestyle change rather than a diet is that a diet has a start and end. A lifestyle change is learning to make healthier choices most of the time and choices that are less conducive to maintaining your goals just once in a while. With that perspective, it is just one day in a long list of days in what hopefully will be a long life. No starting over, no guilt, no remorse required. You just kep the toes pointed forward and keep moving

@Kenna...thanks for your lovely and 'spot on' comment. I especially love the "most of the time" and "just once in a while" as the over-all, more relaxed perspective of our new lifestyle. Thanks again💙

It's so nice to hear from each and every one of you🤗 (though I am a little disappointed that my 'stunt double' didn't get a little more recognition...she's doing a great job!)😉🏊♀️🩱

Crystal I have mentored many people on major weight loss journeys over the years. I know this works for people who can master portion control, moderation and can learn to remove guilt from this process. There are many people here who cannot seemingly do that— thus the horrific roller coaster life. But for those who can it is life changing and help develop habits that will last a lifetime

Your bathing suit fits well on your stunt double...better her than you jumping into the cold lake water !!! And that is why they all earn that really big money ...
