Having a good day! Got up, had a couple walnuts and then hit the road and did a brisk mile walk. Had 3 slices of bacon, but wasn't hungry and didn't want to fill up before exercising. Did 45 minutes of Yoga - horrible form - I am so inflexible. But feels good anyways, like the blood is flowing. Just made some egg foo yung patties with lots of cabbage, some grated carrot, green onions, mushrooms and bean sprouts. Yum! Made extra to keep in the fridge in case tomorrow is too busy to cook! Beef bourguinon tonight with mushrooms and steamed broccoli? Have to make some homemade granola for my son this afternoon for next week - hope I don't get tempted to snack on some!
