@EGO07 : oatnya gak sy timbang, sy sarapan kira-kira 4 s.d 5 sendok aja yoghurtnya juga pake yg yoguruto aja beli di indomaret. btw oatnya pake yg instan oatmel quaker oat, jadi langsung pake yoghurt gak dimasak dulu.
