I am back to it. Been very stressful uncle diagnosed with throat cancer (it's stable should make full recovery), mother's health in decline, got covid over Christmas, and anything else I missed. I've not been following diet, which I am fine with. Life happens just time to refocus. I'm not starting from square one.
