I agree with liela. I steal from my breakfast, lunch n supper calories to have some extra for the evening. I do it cos it's sustainable otherwise I'll be going crazy

The low fat frozen yogurt from woolies is actually quite nice and not too calorie heavy, it’s a small tub. See if you can find it. Comes in a 4 pack, 2 vanilla, 2 chocolate.
