33.0% body fat This was a trying plateau. I'm glad to see the numbers on my scales change. I wish the bodyfat would drop as much as the pounds. Yes, I know that the Bioelectrical impedance analysis is inherently inaccurate, but I'm still looking for it to drop along with my weight.
