I ate too much yesterday, influenced by company that overeats then pushes tons of leftovers on me. I know I’m the only one responsible for my choices, but they’re harder around certain people. I guess I can just enjoy their company and be glad I don’t live their lives or have their weights. I ran yesterday too so thankfully I didn’t show a gain today.
