And this is what happens when your summer then fall get super busy, you're working your butt off, running to a million family functions, bbqs, pool days, amusement parks, hiking, cabins etc....You get a new phone and keep saying I've got to get FS on the new phone. Suddenly it's 153 days later and you've gained back 12 lbs and when you start entering in what you've eaten...it's all sugar and carbs. ***sigh*** OK I've done it before, guess it's time to do it again!!
