So I don't own a scale.... I borrow my moms for weigh in but I haven't weighed in 18 days. But I've stayed way under my daily required amount. but I drink a lot of tea & coffee. im keen to weigh in and see how im doing... I don't exercise though, which I know is bad anybody have an idea as to how I can do light exercise but works the muscles
