Feeling so good today. Last night, in two sessions on the treadmill, split by weight training, I went 10.27 miles in 1h 42m (6.5 miles, then 3.77 more). I only took up running last year and 5ks were about my limit. My partner has been showing my up in the gym after quitting smoking and taking up running only this year, so I had to try pusing myself. I hit my personal best for a combined training session and burned over 2000 calories in the gym. Certainly a good night! And thought I would be feeling sore, but I'm not at all!
