Did a weigh in today to see what I need to maintain for the week. If I come out of the week the same or lower I’ll be very happy.
What I am Most happy about is the percent body fat is at a new low!! That is what I am focused on, weight loss is second. Percent dropped nearly half a percent since last body scan.
