I seem to have hit a plateau since returning to work. I eat in restriction and my activity levels have increased drastically. hoping it's just muscle gain for now

Drink lots of water while at work, you will trick your body into thinking it’s eating but it’s just empty calories and you tend to burn more calories. See if it helps. The colder the water the more calories you will burn. But if you are like me and get sick easily when ingesting too many cold beverages. Then room temperature water works just as well. You will have to use the ladies room more often, but over time, your body will adjust. And you won’t need to go as much.
