Seminggu turun 3,5kg, makan sesuai BMR dilebihin dikit. Bukan murni lemak semua kok yg hilang, kbtulan pas selesai menstruasi, kadar air tubuh ikut menurun, plus kmrin2 susah BAB, sekali BAB hilang sekilo HAHAHAH
