Ive had the worst eating habits this past two weeks to be honest - lots of takeout and infrequent meals. Just really focusing on regular balanced meals this week has made a massive difference! This week the main focus was reintroducing lots of veggies and fruit with healthy fats and lean proteins. Only having starches with BF and lunch at the moment as im not exercising. Will add to supper again once i hit the gym.
Most of the kilos I gained and are now losing was bloating and constipation from the poor eating...
Im almost back at my the weight i was prior to the two weeks so I suspect the rapid loss will decrease soon.
