Great stuff that you did the gym two days in a row!!! Will see if I can manage it too if I can do a session this evening (home workout that is). I know what you mean about the side boob spillage, which I am also suffering from of late. I also have a muffin top and belly that just won't quit and it's always the last to go as well. So far the only thing I'm clinging to is that my wrists still feel small - if that makes any sense at all.
I'm sure you will see progress in the next couple of weeks and then we can come out of winter lighter and slimmer at the end - I am rooting for us!!! Enjoy hearing yourself speak later - I think I would enjoy it too and I'm sure whoever you're teaching will be grateful and happy to have you as their teacher. Have a Happy Wednesday too!!! xxx

You are so hard on yourself! The people at the gym likely don't see you the way you do. But I understand how you feel - I reach a point where literally everything is too tight, including undergarments. That's usually when I start getting serious about losing again because I don't want to buy bigger clothes. I also live in sweats and sleep pants. Sweats don't make sense in August, but if it's what I have that's what I wear. You are taking the right steps if you went to the gym 2 days in a row and on little sleep.

Well done on the gym Princess! I too am spilling out all over. Absolutely cannot squeeze into my swimsuit, which was tight to begin with, but the plan was for it to get looser. And, I'm not buying a bigger size, so that means at least five pounds must go very soon. BUT. We know how to do this, we will get it done. As for CPR, once, in the far distant past, my children lost their boy scout group leader, and I had to step into that role for a short time. They were preparing for the Jamboree and needed to learn CPR. And so, with the help of some local experts, I became a CPR coach, and my troop became CPR Certified.

Thanks everyone! I don't think I'm hard on myself. Sometimes I look really super pretty and sometimes I look like a round beach ball. 😂 it's the truth, but I'm getting back to it. One class down, one to go. I'm an excellent teacher. Should've gone into that field. I would come home from school and play school for hours. Shirfleur, that's awesome. I'm always planning to need to rescue someone...so far it hasn't happened, which I guess is a good thing. ❤️

Oh goodness I’m so glad you are so descriptive because it made my day reading about your boobs LOL 😆😆😆😆. Been there done that. Now all my bras are too big and I’m almost like the teenybopper stage again. Never dreamed I’d lose weight from my boobs, I was always a D cup now I’m sure I could fit into a B because the Cs are even getting loose. Crazy stuff. Enjoy your overflow, I’m sort of missing mine. 🤪

Yes, very hard on yourself DP, but I know I run the same kind of process in my own head, too. I think it sabotages us in some way...like we think we do not deserve to succeed.

I totally get you, DP. When I gain weight most of it goes to my middle, too. Gain enough & I start getting puffier all over. I was flabbergasted when I couldn't zip up my boots a couple of years ago. The good news for you is you might just be at that point where you realize...Enough! Feeling good about how you look & feel is a recent enough memory you want to be back there. Not liking where you're at physically doesn't mean you can't look pretty. We can all look pretty, no matter our size. Feeling good about our bodies is a whole different story. Congrats on getting to the gym. Time to buckle down & do what you gotta do!!

But, you are doing well now! On a roll... And not the bread type! 😁 Feeling squishy rather than super fit isn't where you like being... We know that about you. Cheering for you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ You're the best the beast! 💪 👍😘

it's hard to overcome being uncomfortable in your skin, isn't it? getting dressed is so depressing. every minute is a chance to do better and every minute you do right is a minute you are not doing wrong.

Hhha. My workout tights are tight, my suit pants one bagel away from ripping apart. TRX bs nonsense pull-up stuff at gym was hard AF, every added pound makes them even harder. Muscle Mike shows zero mercy… And today he posted like 5 unflattering (unflattering to me) videos on his IG stories, I’m trying to be proud but inside I’m cringing.. 😳 Yikes. Duly noted: I’m done. Operation slim down in full effect…
