I usually only weigh myself once a week but I had a weak moment today and got on the scale after only two days of dieting. Well, I was pleasantly surprised that I lost 1.6 lbs., but I'm going to stick to my original plan and only weigh myself once a week. If I weigh more that once a week and one day I gain it will sabotage my diet, so once a week it is. :-)
