I am completely incapacitated and will not set foot beyond my couch for at least 96 more hours. Being "back" was a short-lived experience. RIP Chris 😢

Nothing happened lol. My legs just hurt. A lot. But that's every workout for the past few weeks. I've stepped up my levels of intensity, so food only half makes me fat 😜. Having said that, time for workout #2 💪😊🤘

I can't remember how much weight I used to push on the Leg-Press/Seated-Squat machine, but it was alot. Now, when I think-back, I realize I used to do overkill on the weights enough that the guys in the gym would refer to me as HERCULA. =)

Those calves must be huge!!!!

Lol - I've learned so much about calves recently; they take a mix of heavy and high rep/light sets. They're constantly experiencing bodyweight use all day long while walking, so to actually challenge them, they take massive weight. I'm just keeping them the same size as my upper arms to remain balanced. So, about 9" circumference 🤣

It's all fun and gains until the knees snap and you're eating your shoes. 😂

No pain at all, so the abuse shall continue. But I agree - nothing better than cream-filled chocolate-glazed Nikes to heal snapped tendons should it happen 😀👌
