The fruit dip is so yummy! 1 pkg lite cream cheese, 2 cups non-fat vanilla yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 can mandarin oranges. This makes a big batch! Gonna try it on the rice cake...

That sounds really good and makes use of ordinary household items. How many calories - say - per tablespoon ? It almost sounds like breakfast.

You're really doing a great job Crystaljo I have to learn how to eat small portions like that. Your desert looks yummy maybe I'll make that one day.

What kind of rice cake are you eating?

@buenita... thanks for your kind words 🤗 This was an organic unsalted multigrain rice cake, basically tasteless😂😂 but a useful, low-calorie platform for the fruit spread!

@buenita... smaller portions are a big part of my new WOE (way of eating). I eat slowly, enjoying what is there...plus, I use a small salad plate (so it 'looks' like more 👀)
I see you are doing well on your journey too! Keep going strong 👍🌞
