I am glad to finally be seeing a little progress on the scale. It assures me that what I am doing is working and motivates me to stick with it. I feel great, I am eating good food AND healthy food, and I havn't had to cut out my nightly ice cream. I am a huge fan of weight watchers and skinny cow ice cream now.
