Went over my RDI and lost a pound. Not sure how that happens, sometimes I gain weight while staying within my RDI. No matter, I'll take the loss!
76.4 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
