80g oats, 130g oikos triple zero, 16g no salt or sugar almond butter, 1 scoop whey protein, 140g frozen blueberries, 1 Dave's killer bread booming berry bagel, 2 cups coffee . Looks like crap. Taste ok I guess 😂💪
