Why don’t you try calorie cycling and intermittent fasting? That way you can compensate for weekends but still keep your daily average at what it should be. For example I’m supposed to eat 1700 cals per day. So during the week I keep it at 1300, then I can eat a little bit more over the weekends. Weekends were always my biggest issue and I failed again and again. I find the new way I’m doing it much more sustainable. Good luck!!!
