Beautiful day yesterday, low 80's low humidity with a nice breeze. Did my interval training and walking in a local park that has a walking oval. Felt great afterwords although really tired. slept really well.
Got a new BodyMedia device to track my activity and sleep. Had one a while back and it's interesting to see how different activities impact the readings. At least now I'll have a better idea of my total calorie burn vs intake.

I do like them. I find it's better than guessing at how many calories you burn in a day. This is important to me since I work a desk job.
