Unfortunately you can’t spot reduce. It will go when it goes. Just keep going. 🏃🏻♀️ but to strengthen your core and to get the blood circulating around your tummy area. Try stomach vacuum exercises. There are YouTube videos on how to do it. A lot of body builders do it to help shrink around the waist. It hurts, but it works. It’s like sucking in your tummy and tensing your ab muscles.
