been finding people that have been using this app that have lost weight. you lost 50 pounds?? that's awesome. Thanks for the "it is possible" example. Trying to lose 20 pounds and I lose 3 then gain back 2.

You can do it! Just find a way that you can eat healthily and add activity in a sustainable manner. When I first started my activity was just to walk extra and meet my step goals and stay under my calorie goal while still being satisfied. Now I'm working back up to the 20-30 mile bike rides I used to do years ago and improving my macros. But it took 6+ months to get to that point. Chose baby steps you can sustain and you'll get there ❤️
