Had my second workout with my new cardio plan. Trying to get my 150 minutes in for the week with one more session tomorrow. I did some serious stretching before working out yesterday and it helped a lot. A little soreness today but not bad.
Had a taco salad minus the shell last night. It was good but it added quite a few carbs for the seasoning and sauce. Still targeting lower carbs for my OWL phase. Have quite a way yet to go for my weight loss.
