naik turun kyak rolercoster..tpi alhamdulilah
udh turun 19.5 kilo sejauh ini
55.5 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Buat semua nya aq jawab di sini ya. Awal aq mkn 1700 kalori.. Skrg di 1500,yaa kdag kebablasan sampk 2000,kdag 1000an,kdag 1500 an..intinya aq imbangi..dan yg psti menu nya yg low kalori,low fat,high protein,cemilan buah,kdag kuaci,kdag kcang kulit. Klo lgi ceating ya jajanan..olahraga aq aerobik 30 menit by bodyfit by bagus..akhir akhir ini di tambahi skiping. Klo stuck udh psti prnah dong..tpi jgn sedih..biasa lah klo gitu. Aq diet udah 6 bulan..dan turun 19.5 kilo..trget aq di 50 kilo aja.
