I am doing very well. My diet consists of eggs and fruit in the morning and a big old salad in the afternoon. I drink 140-160 ounces of water a day, and have not had a sip of alcohol in almost 2 weeks (that will change for my vacation this Friday!)
I usually go to the gym but have been walking 3-4 miles a day around my neighborhood. Been doing very well and feel great afterward!
I am looking forward to losing the next 14 lbs. Why? Because I have about 4 boxes of nice (and expensive clothes) that are waiting to be worn.
So here I go. Hoping to be down at least 8-10 by the middle of next month!
