I did not exercise today. I am in treatment for adrenal fatigue syndrome and it seems to be acting up. So I did not have the energy for a workout this morning and then I needed to do chores in the afternoon. At least I burned a few calories cleaning and I also gave a massage which my fiance pointed out burns calories (maybe as much as a walk, I’m guessing). And then later I had a second bud light and some delicious quiche I made (broccoli with Mexican cheese, rosemary, and veggie sausage). I shall face the scale tomorrow!
Oh, I signed up for the 52 hike challenge. Check it out if you get a chance. They are selling swag but you can sign up for free (I did) and you just have to walk a mile or more at least once a week x 52 hikes.
