Recipe for baseless quiche.
In a bowl place
3 x 70g eggs
1/2 cup lite milk
75g ham
60 g Bega tasty cheese
Salt and pepper
2 table spoons of chopped parsley
55 g onions chopped.
Whip up with a folk.
Pour into 4 pie dishes. Cook mid oven for 25
Mins.
