Omg
I ate bread! MuffinsSavannahs, Rice, pudding, chips! On this trip!!
Over 2 days put on 1.2 kgs!!
Now back to IF and Keto!
Oh but I enjoyed myself!!
62 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.1 kg a Week
