back squat 95 kg
legpress 250 kg
lunges 20 kg
Leg extension full smpe beban abis,
Smua butuh proses,, dan msh hrus trus latihan
4 bulan ini brlthh keras dgn support dri pelatih dan teman2 di gym, no pain no gain
