Today, I added black beans to my ground beef/Hot Italian sausage bell pepper/onion stir fry for lunch and gree beans for dinner. Also, one cup of blueberries and 1/4 cup ricotta cheese. Find myself being hungrier than on strick low carb choices. Still around 60 net carbs.
