Good morning ☀️ yesterday did kayaking and an interval set with my 5k pacer app. I’m sorry that the weekend is over but glad that today I start working a few less hours at my main job. Though the intent is to work a few hours with my fiancé, I still think that the way my new schedule is structured that I will have a little more time for light exercise on off days, so I’m looking forward to that.
