So this week has been hellish!
I am a stress eater of note and esp the unhealthier the more I like it!
Fortunately I've been able to stick to my healthy-ish lunch and not go for the slap chips or a choccie.

But I'm just wondering, as I sit at work on a Friday evening (yes, it's that bad), what do all other fatsecreters do to combat stress eating?
