i know there is a lot of keto fans here so i light get in trouble for saying this, buy keto really is not healthy for you. you lose weit fast but for most people it only works of a while.id suggests you listen to how to loose weight without loosing your mind and how not to diet. their advice is based more on getting healthy and it's more sustainable. they are vegan but you don't have to be to follow most of their advice. i eat seventy percent and it really works for me. chef Aj is also awesome
