Yup that's correct this Pic is actually still missing dinner Ill usually have a Beetroot and tuna or something To that effect
I have always believed I high volume low calorie and high protein and this stack lands me around 1600kcal and 200gr protein

where do you get the time to the time to eat all of that in one day? 🤔 I am a house wife now after 31 years of working and I won't know what to do with it all. I can't see the Pic so clearly what is your typical lunch time meal? I'm looking for some ideas 💡

Well I am up everyday at 3 to do my spinning once thats out of the way I get started with my consumption basically I eat every 45 minutes that's the idea of these micro meals esy to get down quick to digest!!

Everything is cooked on Sunday then I am just measuring and packing every night before hitting the sack lol

Uhm meal ideas... Not sure I'm the best to advise on that, my food is very bland lots of ostrich, tuna and egg whites, veggies and fruit, oats and brown rice, no sugar no milk and lots of Whey protein... Hope that helps😂😂
