Question? 💁♀️ I'm on a 1200 calorie diet and I'm having issues with my tummy. I'm eating at least 25mg of fibre daily and have IBS. so my question is, what is your experience with herbex drops whilst on a calorie restriction diet? I'm already taking a 9 strain probiotic, librax and pentalog for the IBS....

Hi, since being on my weightloss journey I have struggled with this. Fibre of any kind does not work for me. I drink Slimming (in bed don't feel like going to kitchen to check brand)green tea that you can find in Checkers and Pick and Pay. But not too much otherwise you have a runny tummy. Perhaps a few mornings in the week, definitely do not drink every day.
