It's 12:16 p.m. and had over 500 cal. breakfast (Ezekiel bread toast with rest of mixed nut butter) around 10:00 a.m. Gradually increasing carbs. Did okay on scale today with tortilla added yesterday. Have felt better but doing okay. My next meal plan is for 1/2 of 3-cheese chicken breast wit jalapeño and salad.
