Woke at 230.4, down 4.0 from yesterday, as I started to move out excess body water on a half-hour by half-hour pace! Down to 230.0 after 16:8 IF. Ate a humongous salad for lunch. UPDATE: Got to 228.0 by 5:30 pm.

Thanks, Ches and Erq! I can sure put it on in a short time, too! 10 pounds in five days last week. Hoping to drop most of that by Thursday.
