Thanks, guys. Yes, Kellagh! If your salads are big enough, you need a bigger bowl! Only 231 calories thus far today and 50 of those are from Brazil nuts. So this massive salad was very low cal but very, very filling!

Haha yeah I have a smaller mixing bowl I always use! 3-4 cups of greens, tomatoes, 150-190g chicken breast, grilled butternut squash, and fat free dressing. So much munch. Lol

Sounds great, Kellagh. Hey, Lourock. I like them OK, but I do a fasting mimicking diet one week a month and they offer a ton of satiety for minimal calories.

what salad dressing do you use and which is your favorite flavor?
I'm a huge salad eater too, it's the dressing that dumps a ton of calories.

Hi, Joan, Erika, and Lourock! I like the Walden Farms calorie and carb-free dressings. This was honey mustard. Their chipotle and raspberry balsamic are great, too. Not as fond of their blue cheese, but it's pretty good. Their calorie and carb-free pancake syrup is great, too, while we are at it.
